What is NAD+

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is an essential coenzyme that participates in more than 50% of all physiological processes, including converting nutrients into cellular energy. It plays a key role in critical functions such as DNA repair, sirtuin activation, mitochondrial function, and circadian rhythm regulation.

As you age, NAD+ levels naturally decline—dropping by up to 50% over a lifetime—which can have far-reaching effects on overall health. Lower NAD+ levels are known to contribute to fatigue, cognitive decline, and other signs of aging.
