ProHealth NMNH has been an amazing addition to my NAD+ strategy!

I have loved my experience with ProHealth NMNH. I take NMN and NR. I have added NMNH late morning (I take powder NMN and NR on an empty stomach about an hour apart in the early AM) on an empty stomach about an hour before lunch. I have been very pleased at how it compliments my existing regimen. All NAD+ boosters I am using have slightly different effects with the common effect of MOAR energy. I have noticed that my energy extends well in to the evening hours and that is wonderful for all of those after work chores. My mood has been constantly better in the evenings. I am also able to notice a cognitive lift that continues right up until it is time to wind down for sleep. The first 2 weeks I noticed that I had a lot of energy (not mania or stimulant energy) later on before bed. I added some extra Glycine (about 3g) to my wind down routine, and was able to get through the curve of my body acclimating to NMNH. Since then my wind down time has become easier and I am getting great sleep now. I have noticed that with each NAD+ booster I have added this extra energy occurs while the body acclimates to the new supply of precursors. I would recommend it to others but as an addition to ProHealth NR and tryout their great Uthever NMN powder! I upped my dosage of ProHealth TMG (best deal ever on high quality TMG in those bulk pouches!) to make room for some increased methylation. My labs are amazing and I can’t wait to see the next ones with this great NMNH product! ** a word about the other “NMNH” products out there….there are so many….some claim to be liposomal (do not believe them until Uthever or Uthpeak bring a patented Lipo delivery process)..many are just coating theirs in sunflower or soybean oil via spray dry. This is not how a liposomal sphere is created…if they can not tell you the size of their lipo spheroid then walk away. ProHealth uses reputable third party sources for these ingredients….you can’t really go wrong with their supplements IMO.

NMNH review

At 54 I must say I feel like I have more energy in the morning and my skin looks clearer after a month. Not sure if this is just placebo, but I am willing to keep trying it and see if I get improved blood results next year

After moving twice in the last 2 months, I was suffering from low energy/fatigue and really struggled in the afternoon. I've been taking NMNH for the last 3 weeks and have noticed a significant increase in my energy levels. I need it since I still have lots of unpacking to do! Thank you ProHealth! I can do this.

Mental Clarity + Energy

Recently added this to my supplement stack 20 days ago and so glad I did! Take it on an empty stomach. No stomach upset at all! Amazing! Such a good boost for the day. I’ve noticed better mental clarity and cognitive performance. I’m a super sluggish morning person and this has helped with that!
