How it Works

Tirzepatide is a dual GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist that mimics the body’s natural GLP-1 and GIP hormones.1-3

It works in two main ways:

• Slows stomach emptying, which increases feelings of fullness and reduces food intake.11

• Boosts insulin secretion, helping to lower blood glucose levels.11

Health Benefits

Effective Weight Loss

Tirzepatide has been shown to help individuals lose up to 23% of their body weight over 72 weeks, when paired with diet and exercise.1

Appetite Control

Helps you feel fuller for longer, curbing unnecessary cravings and supporting healthier eating habits.15

Blood Sugar Balance

Enhances your body’s natural response to sugar, promoting healthy glucose levels.15

Metabolic Support

Contributes to sustainable, long-term improvements in metabolic health.15

Anti-Aging Benefits

Rising Obesity

Obesity rates in the U.S. have reached alarming levels, with nearly 73% of adults now classified as overweight or obese. Research clearly links excess weight to a reduced lifespan, with severe or class III obesity (BMI 40-59) potentially shortening life expectancy by up to 14 years. This stark reality underscores the urgent need for effective weight management strategies to support healthy aging.1-3

Optimized Aging

Exciting new research is uncovering the extraordinary potential of Tirzepatide, highlighting benefits that extend well beyond weight loss. While these compounds are highly effective in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, they are gaining recognition for their profound influence on the fundamental mechanisms of aging. Preclinical studies demonstrate their capacity to extend both healthspan and lifespan in various model organisms.16

Key Longevity Pathways Influenced by GLP-1s

GLP-1s support healthy aging by influencing key biological pathways, such as regulating AMPK (a critical energy regulator), inhibiting the mTOR pathway (associated with aging and cellular stress), and modulating Nrf2 signaling (vital for antioxidant protection). By addressing core hallmarks of aging and impacting multiple longevity pathways, GLP-1s offer transformative potential for extending healthy lifespan.17-20

Reducing oxidative stress and inflammation

Enhancing cellular repair through autophagy

Protecting against cellular senescence

Boosting mitochondrial function

Improving skin hydration and wrinkles

Strengthening bones and joints

Enhancing cognitive function and neuroprotection

Promoting cardiovascular health

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should use Tirzepatide?

Tirzepatide is ideal for individuals struggling with weight gain, and those who need help managing metabolic conditions. It should be used with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

How long does it take to receive my medication?

Once your doctor’s approval is secured—typically within 4 hours on weekdays or 12 hours on weekends—your order will ship via two-day expedited delivery.

How do I take Tirzepatide?

Tirzepatide is administered through a once-weekly subcutaneous (under the skin) self-injection. It is important to follow your healthcare provider’s dosage recommendations and schedule.

Ideally, the Semaglutide is administered into a fatty layer of skin. Recommended injection sites include the abdomen (at least 2 inches from the belly button), the front or outer thigh, and the outer back of the upper arm (with assistance). Rotate injection sites with each dose and avoid areas with scar tissue, moles, or bruises.

Use exactly as directed.

What is the dosing schedule?

If you're new to Tirzepatide injections, your doctor will begin you on the 2.5mg starter dose. Starting with a low dose is important, as it allows your body to adjust to the medication. If the medication is well tolerated, your doctor may gradually increase the dose after four weeks or more.

Are there any side effects?

The most common side effects of Tirzepatide include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdominal) pain, indigestion, injection site reactions, feeling tired, allergic reactions, belching, hair loss, and heartburn. These are not all the possible side effects of Tirzepatide. Talk to your healthcare provider about any side effect that bothers you or doesn't go away.

How soon will I see results?

Weight loss can vary by person; some see results right away, while others may take a month or more. Consistency is key. Continue taking the medication as directed, and our medical team will adjust your dose as needed to optimize your weight loss.

The generally accepted safe rate of weight loss is approximately 1–2 pounds per week, though individual results may vary.

Are there any special dietary requirements while using Semaglutide?

While there are no specific foods you must include or avoid when taking Tirzepatide, adopting healthy dietary habits can enhance your results. Pairing Tirzepatide with a balanced diet and regular exercise, as recommended by your healthcare provider, is key to achieving your goals.

Here are some general guidelines to support your journey:
1. Minimize fatty, fried, sugary, and highly processed foods.
2. Limit alcohol intake.
3. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

What should I do if I forget a dose?

Inject the missed dose as soon as you remember within 4 days (96 hours). However, if more than 4 days have passed since the missed dose, skip the dose and administer on the next scheduled day. Do not inject a double dose to make up for a missed dose. Consult with your doctor for specific medical advice.

Why does it contain Vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that supports metabolism, boosts energy, and helps mitigate the risk of B12 deficiency. B12 is generally considered a good idea for people using GLP-1 agonists or GLP-1/GIP dual agonists.
